7/23/2021 Couy Griffin is charged for peacefully praying on the Capitol steps on Jan 6.

He never entered the US Capitol. He was thrown in solitary confinement for 12 days and was released on bail. He awaits trial and if convicted, will carry a mandatory sentence of one year.
